    Great video as always DJ! And a subject near and dear as you can tell from my sig. I'm not the worlds most observant guy but I don't think I've seen a mixed bathtub/bottom-dump unit train before.


    I notice those bottom-dumps don't have the paint indicating rotary coupler end. That implies that the train is heading to an old-style dumper that does not rotate around the coupler axis, where they uncouple each car before spotting on the dumper. Any idea where the dumper is?

    I
    suppose with the drop in coal production they must have a lot of surplus bathtubs out there available for non-rotary-coupler service.

    Mainly curious about the interior layouts. I've driven by some, but they are so huge and often fenced off you can't see much. Satellite images often show multiple tracks and loops, but I've never quite been able to figure out the operational reasons why.
