An operating coupler that you can easily trip to uncouple.

And of course a rotary coupler for the thousands of us that have rotary dumpers.

More early steam era diesel switchers, SW, SC and rerun the SW-1. maybe even some boxcab locos.
Early coaches, the 'Overland' style cars, perhaps with narrow vestibules.

Kato C30-7, GP-38, GP-50. The last two were last run in the late 80’s. They seem to concentrate on only the latest six-axle units, that’s not my era. I’d like to see some four-axle as well that I could actually think of buying, more 1990’s era. I think they make the best loco’s, but right now I’m limited to preowned, not DCC ready units if I want to run Kato.

I would just like Arnold, Brawa, Fleischmann, Kato, and Trix to actually produce the trains they announced for 2019.

I’d like to see someone start a line of Code 40 switches and Code 40 flex with a proper North American ties spacing.

As always for the last few years:

A stable supply of Code 55 track and turnouts. The product lineup isn't bad, with Atlas #5, #7, #10, curved, two wyes, and ME #6, but the availability...

And also a stable supply of modern cars and trucks. Trainworx are doing a great job, but I'm dreaming of something that's actually available off-the-shelf, not "preorder now, gone tomorrow". And also I'd like some box trucks and panel vans, please. Gotta go 3D print so far, I guess.

Kato teased us by putting this in one of their polls. Would love to see it become reality.

I kinda wish Kato would run 8 packs of the hoppers seen in this photo...All the Class 1 railroads have them. Think they would go well with all the ES44ACs/SD70ACes they've done.
