Perhaps @TwinDad is already a casualty of a moose stampede?

Nope! TwinDad did Moose big favor a few years back, earning him ten year moose stampede exemption ... which may be revoked if he doesn't poke his head in here and say howdy once in while!

Last I heard from him was in spring 2018. He was working toward his NMRA master model railroader certificate.

There’s been no activity on his Facebook page for his railroad since end 2018, or his blog since mid 2018

    Hope things are ok

His last activity here was Nov 19th according to his profile page, I am guessing something came into his life that means he has little time for modelling, such as a busy time at work, lots of kid activities, a new kid.

Hopefully he will see this thread and let us all know he is ok.

Always a worry when someone goes missing without a reason ... here's hoping he is okay and can at least let us know that he is.

Speaking of folks we haven't heard from in a while, has anybody heard from @Jazzbass01 lately?

I guess I could have gone the FB route too, but like a lot of folks I find I'm not using FB much these days. I still lurk there to keep my notices down, but I almost never post anything. The fact that @TwinDad hasn't responded to this thread, though, makes me think that he is not lurking here, which makes me sad.

    Hey y'all!

Sorry I've been incommunicado for so long. I appreciate your concern. All is well at TD's house, as much as ever. I've been in a very new role at work that has consumed a great deal of my time, and family stuff (daughter off to college, helping son with school, family medical issues, etc. nothing particularly bad, but nevertheless requiring attention) have kept me distracted. Unfortunately, my actual modeling has been on hold as well, though I'm hoping to get back into things at least a little bit going forward. The interest has certainly not waned, even if the available time may have.

I do hope to be back on here participating at least some, though almost certainly not quite at the pace I used to be.

Miss y'all. Glad to have at least a little bit of time to re-engage with you all.
