I like Plan B better as you can get some more scenery in there.

Plan A look fun though I like plan B better due to the nice size Yard you have in the plan B

B looks like fun, and easier maintenance. Also more scenery room.
Northern Pacific and Black Hills RR in N, of course!!

so far B is for more scenery . ok then . will start getting the tables done i need 2 more. paint goes on walls today so i can start the tables in the next day or 2. . got to sell a few things so i can get more foam board. i was gunna make the table tops out of drywall as i have a ton of that. but i want to bury some track into the foam board at different areas . i did try drywall and it did work pretty good but is very hard to layer or cut into . so out with that. Thanks guys

ok ive started. got a good start on tables. i already had one table set up so i could run a train temp . all kato track . might add a little flex track in some spots as ghost tracks or below grade grown over tracks , maybe to store cabooses at. thats not in the plan, just an after thought. while im sitting here . i still need to order some track elevation stuff for the back two tracks.

hahaha no steam. i could not find any good steamers that suited me. i wanted one for the passenger cars, but i don't like bachmann and the rest it seems they all break easy. so no steamers fer me. somebody a while back gave me the idea of an excursion train so i hunted for a steamer just for that. but from all ive read about every steamer is there just not good enough strength wise. they seem from what ive been reading need lots of work all the time.... but if any of you got a good location for a good steamer ill certainly have a look. i like my kato locos they just run and i really like my dcc . no bachman's.. i will not ever buy another bachmann. i have one and i dont like it one bit. (maybe it would be better if i changed out the dcc part ) but its noisy and lousy running.

    Hi Sid,

I think Plan B allows you more flexibility for scenery and city development.

Good luck with the town council and zoning(lol).
    Happy Modeling

i got a lil more done today . ive decided to stick with plan B for a while and see how it develops . ive got to dust every thing. man things get dusty when you remodel . hope soon i can run a train or 2. i still need a couple parts that i dont have yet , but i should have all the out side loops so at least maybe i can run a train. need a lil more table work and some more pink foam.
