Default Rocky Mountain Train Show. March 7th & 8th

Specific Info is posted on the calender, but I thought I would mention a few items of interest. There will be four N scale layouts:

Denver N-Trak. which is a very large modular, as you might expect.

Free-Mo Nebraska, which I don't think I've seen before, but the space reserved is pretty large.

Cunningham Junction, which is a GREAT example of what can be down in a small space, about 30" x 48".

And my Rheinland-Bayern Bahn, which is....different.

There are numerous vendors with N scale trains, materials. track, and whatever a modeler of American Railroads might want. More info at Rocky Mountain Train Show.
    Cheers!

I would like to go, but it's a 6 hour drive with 3 mountain passes for me... Wonder what the weather will be like?

As Ranulf said, March 7th and 8th. I'm curious where you got the March 2nd and 3rd date? That sounds like last year's event.

You aren't alone in that regard, Bill!

I just received word that, thus far, there will be 21 layouts exhibited at the show. I never have time to go around and take photos at shows - my layout always seems to have a crowd. If anyone else attends (wink, wink, nudge, nudge @dave68124), please be sure to take and post photos.

The N scale layouts here are pretty darn good, and we can always get ideas from the HO layouts as well - then we do it smaller and better.
    Cheers!

I wish I could go, but I will haft to just look at all of the pictures. I haven't been to a train show in over 10 years.
The good side is look at how much money I save.

Mark Watson and his dad are going to be there with their FreeMo-Nebraska layout. They've added about 10 new modules over the last few weeks. I might make the 8 hour drive just to see them. If I do, I'll be sure to stop by and say"hi" to you Gordon. If not, I'll have to rely on Dave's photos.

Be glad to see you, Rod. And I would be up for a beer after the show on Saturday. I'm staying in the hotel attached to the Denver Mart.

Well, I hope someone here took some photos. My layout was mobbed all weekend and I had to ask strangers to keep an eye on things while I took an occasional bathroom break. There were 21 layouts and about 150 happy vendors from all over the country, even as far as Pennsylvania.
    Cheers!
