I have started building Lunde Studios Park Place. It is my first resin kit.

The kit comes with four walls, a roof piece, and a chimney piece. It includes one piece separate windows with is nice because you don't have to paint all those nasty window frames. It also includes window glazing, but I chose to use .10 clear styrene instead.

Here's progress on the building so far:

The side walls (covered by blue tape) are slot and tab. I used CA to attach the walls then painted the front. The olive brown is Model Master SAC Bomber Tan and the light gray is MM Flat Gull Grey. I'm currently painting the stone work on the front wall

I also painted the windows Rust-o-leum Primer White and cut the glass for the windows.

Worked on the front windows using Laser Art window treatments by Branchline Trains.

The windows are taller than the printed cut-outs so I cut the valence tops off the pulled back curtain treatments and attached them to the top of the closed treatments. I used a #11 blade, glass cutting surface, and Elmer's Purple "Dries Clear" stick glue. Jimmi loved this stuff. It is sticky enough to hold the paper curtains in place until they dry, but allows you to move the curtain for correct vertical placement.
