Yep, you are getting there . This was a huge undertaking. Thanks for the videos.

The hardest part for me was the internal guard rails in the center. Building them and trying to get insulating gaps in them. The others were not fun either. Haven't installed it yet so still not positive all the gaps are where they need to be.

I've considered seeing if I could 3D print the guard rails. That way they would be single pieces and not cut up with gaps. Haven't tried that yet though as I'm not working on a crossing and don't know when I will be,

Try an inso frog. That would tell you if 3D prints would work for track details. Let me know if it works.

    Icon10 3D Printed Code 55 Track...

I spent an hour and designed first a single rail that...

... can be made to any length up to a little over 8 inches. I could cut this and use it for guard rails in a crossing spicing 4 pieces together and printing them as a single unit. Might take as much time to design it depending on crossing angle as making one but would take care of not needing insulating gaps in the short pieces of rail that have to be soldered to the ties in the center of the crossing. I think I'd keep the other guard rails in the crossing out of steel rail as the train also runs on part of them.

I went ahead and copied ME code 55 track and put the rail on some ties....

It is hard to see in the pictures but the rail cross section is pretty close to the ME rail. I should of cut the ends cleaner. Not sure there would be a use for the track unless I can come up with conductive PLA filament ( ) but maybe for something???

Then you'd need to print the sleepers and rails separately from different materials or you'd just have a big short circuit.
