Walked into LHS and always check the consignment shelf first. Glad I did. Atlas N Scale GP38-2, with ESU LokSound. $100 price tag. I intended walking out only spending $5 on a bottle of paint. Instead, I walked out with $111 bill. Everything works as intended, still addressed to factory 03 .

Wow! Fantastic deal, too bad it didn't happen (no photo - @Moose2013 will be along shortly to refute your claim and tell you what's going to happen next).

Just post a short clip of the eye candy later and all will be good with the moose.

I am not sure what MR items I may end up with as the house and cars are like the girl in the movie Ring. No matter where I go she will get my wallet.

After several failed "fixes" of the turntable that I bought on the cheap (because it was broken) I decided to make a move on the Cornerstone 130' turntable for my roundhouse module. My hobby time is somewhat limited and I was getting burnt out spending it on trying to fix it..... so I liquidated some MRR assets to free up the capital to purchase it. Re-homed some rarely used cars to purchase something that I needed. Win-win in my books.

I had been scanning the market for one for the last few months and finally came across a "Make Offer" listing on the 'bay..... To my surprise, they took my almost insulting low ball offer. I was expecting to do some haggling, but they accepted it without question. As long as it shows up as pictured, I got a pretty good deal on it.

I'm not allowed to run the train, the whistle I can't blow. I'm not allowed to say how fast the Railroad Train can go.
I'm not allowed to shoot off steam, nor even clang the bell. But let the damned Train jump the track, and see who catches hell!
