Default N Scale Laser N 064 Krispy Kreme

    Hi All!

Hot on the heels of Wobble Pop's is my illuminated Krispy Kreme drive thru. It incorporates an LED lighting board in the roof to illuminate the detailed interior. Not an overly challenging build, with the lighting board having been assembled by me prior to dispatch.

    Impressive design.

What are you doing about the mandatory 3% of all sales income going to Krispy Kreme for their product licensing agreement? They defend their trademark heavily and demand a heavy price for all your sales, control over your product offerings, what else you can offer, where you sell, regular reporting, etc. Just using their name or logo requires extensive legal arrangements.

I'm sure you're already doing all this, so I'm curious how it went for you. Your advice here will help avoid problems for those small manufacturers whom offer such products for sale without those licenses and end up being sued heavily. What did you have to go through to legally obtain the license agreements?

Great kit. And nice personal use of public information for the name / sign. Important to keep the hobby fun and creative with leaders like you innovating.
    Just another n-scaler.
