    Default Train shows Pittsburgh, Pa.

Does anyone know of any upcoming shows in the Pittsburgh area?

www.cleveshows.com lists a lot in the region (although largely more toward the Cleveland area), I'm about an hour north of Pitt so these are probably a smidge closer for me but there are a few closer to Pittsburgh. If the Lakeland Community College show in Kirtland ever comes back I assure you it's worth the drive, especially the spring show, larger than Greenberg's and half the price of entry.

A good *FREE* show is hosted by my club at the Buhl Recreation center in Sharon PA, mostly a running display show but many members and a few vendors set up tables. Dec 11-12, 1-5pm. Sadly I can't participate this year, I got shipped out to New Jersey for the winter, otherwise my 18'x30' layout would be there.

Nov 28th in Hermitage, PA is put on by one of my club members
Jan 9 in Salem OH is put on by another local club, decently sized
Feb 19 in Canfield OH at the fairgrounds is another sizeable show
Mar 19-20 is Lakeland! (finally) Kirtland Ohio, NMRA Div 5 puts this on, typically takes up a minimum 3 full gymnasiums. I hope to be home for this one, fingers crossed...
April 2 in Youngstown OH, April 3 is Salem again

I know there are some smaller shows in New Gallilee PA, New Castle PA and Monaca PA but I can't remember off the top of my head when they are.

Greenberg Train Show at Monroeville, PA (near Pittsburgh) Feb 26-27, 2022. There is also a show in Elizabeth Twp, PA on Jan 8-9, 2022, put on by the Elizabeth Twp Fire Dept. I have never attended but I hear it is a pretty good show.
