What help do you need? Someone to install one for you or just advice on how to do it yourself?

Which kind of decoder? DCC or DCC&Sound. I hard wire a Loksound nano in mine, is not so hard if you are confident with soldering, wire and dismantling the loco. Not in the hard side, nor in the easy one. You can do it. With patience and not so much skills, just basic.

You have the dcc ready model? The one with wires between the loco and tender?
