Default Steam locomotive used for MOW

On one of the channels I subscribe to on YouTube, a video was posted from some MOW work on the main line between Neustadt and Kaiserslautern in Germany just recently in July 22. I don't know how it came to be, but someone has managed to sneak in a class 58 steamer to haul the ballast and track section transports.
A three-cylinder steamer just sounds awesome ... even more so when it's hauling a load of 1000 metric tons

    Failure is always an option.
