Thanks for the welcome. I don't think I have enough posts to be able to post pictures and not much I could post as all I have at this time are the items from the distant past. Big difference in what rolling stock sells for now compared to the prices on the boxes I have from then. I do have thousands of pictures on my web site but they are car, boat, construction, motorcycle, other but no N scale to this point . I do like to document things I build so once I'm in that stage I'll have pictures for Moose . When I can add my signature line to my posts one could look through the other areas also if they were interested.

Looks like a great bunch of guys and I'd assume some gals here...

    @PharmacistRick

Moose bid you hearty welcome to the greatest wee n scale forum on the interweb!

    A few rules:

    1. Post photos and post often
    2. It's your railroad, so in the end, regardless of what anyone else says, go for it
    3. Photos or it didn't happen
    4. Beware the Reach Police, they're everywhere
    5. Photos are your friends, the nSn'ers here are your friends, why not introduce them to each other
    6. Steam rules, disease'els drool
    7. Post photos, or moose stampede, you decide
    8. Tom Cook hasn't posted anything about his mallet lately, you might want to ask him about that
    9. There should be a "Thanks" button at the bottom left corner of others' posts, so if you like someone's post, why don't yeah let them know by hitting that ole Thanks button, particularly if they've posted photos of steam locomotives... Sadly, there's no No Thanks button for posting photos of disease'els
    10. If you want to get someone's attention to your post, just type in their screen name preceded by an "@", like this @tomcook @epumph

Have ya posted photos yet? Oh, you might not be able to post photos directly into your posts until you've posted ,Moose thinks, 10 posts. Moose no recall for sure...

Welcome, @PharmacistRick! There are no dumb questions here. That being said, occasionally some of the answers you get might be a bit dodgy -- but we mean well.

I see you've already been introduced to the Prime Directive: post photos.

Ouch, now the pressure is on and I've just encountered a setback with the Mallet, so no photos. Talk about up the creek as I'm all out of fairy dust to hold back any stampings
    Thanks, Tom

Welcome, Rick! It is a friendly, helpful site, with great camaraderie, a bit of humor and a fine place to share and learn. No matter how extensive a person's experience, we are all still learning here. And a moose stampede is a terrible thing to experience!

Just post a picture or link to a nice steam train on Hattons, Moose will get sidetracked and it helps the economy of the UK when Moose buys said stream train from Hattons.

That's no help to me as I live in France !! Still, anything bought from Hattons by 'The Moose' is a visual treat for us here even if it means a posable stamping for him when Mrs. Moose gets home
    Thanks, Tom

Oh, good point Mr. Tom. Moose better move Moose's shame from the kitchen counter to the train room! Ya'know, Moose really needs to find a less expensive hobby then buying trains...
